Exchange & Return Policy

At Reunito, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t fit perfectly or you change your mind, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (if applicable), and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order outfits are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Discounted or sale items may only be exchanged (subject to stock availability).

How to Request an Exchange/Return:

  1. Contact us at support@reunito.pk or WhatsApp with your order number.

  2. Ship the item back to:
    Reunito – P – 171 Chenone Road, Faisalabad

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
